FoodeesFest Ticket Terms & Conditions
1. Registration & Admission
1.1 Free Admission: FoodeesFest offers free general admission. Registration helps us estimate attendance so vendors can prepare, but there is no charge to enter.
1.2 Registration Not Required for Entry: You may attend without registering; however, registration may provide access to certain promotions (e.g., giveaway entries).
1.3 Capacity Limits: Venue capacity is determined by local authorities. Admission may be limited once capacity is reached.
1.4 Registration does not guarantee entry under crowd limits.
2. Giveaway Entry
2.1 Registered attendees are automatically entered into any event giveaways/promotional drawings as publicized by FoodeesFest.
2.2 Prizes include, but are not limited to, meals, merchandise, or swag as announced.
2.3 Giveaway terms, prize availability, and notification procedures are determined by FoodeesFest and may vary by event.
3. Conduct & Safety
3.1 All attendees must comply with posted rules, venue requirements, local laws, and staff instructions.
3.2 FoodeesFest reserves the right to refuse entry to, remove, or ban any attendee whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or in violation of these terms—without refund.
3.3 Attendees consent to security screenings, bag checks, or other safety protocols at the discretion of FoodeesFest or the venue.
4. Prohibited Items
4.1 Attendees may be prohibited from bringing items as determined by the Event or venue, including but not limited to weapons, illegal substances, or other items deemed unsafe.
4.2 Specific prohibited and permitted items may be listed on the event page or posted at the Event.
5. Photography & Media Release
5.1 By attending, you grant FoodeesFest and its partners the right to photograph, film, or record you and your property in connection with the Event.
5.2 You agree that FoodeesFest may use such images, video, or recordings for promotional, marketing, or any other lawful purposes without compensation.
6. Assumption of Risk
6.1 Attendance at the Event is voluntary and at your own risk.
6.2 You assume all risks associated with participation, including injury, illness, loss, or property damage.
6.3 FoodeesFest, its partners, sponsors, vendors, and venue owners/operators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage except as required by applicable law.
7. Minors
7.1 Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
7.2 Guardians are responsible for the conduct and safety of minors in their care.
8. Changes to Event & Terms
8.1 FoodeesFest may modify event details (dates, times, vendors, entertainment, layout) without prior notice due to weather, safety concerns, or logistical needs.
8.2 FoodeesFest reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued attendance constitutes acceptance of such changes.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws where the Event is held.
9.2 Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
